Time for a Passion

After a recent curveball in life, I’ve had some time to think about what I want to do in life.  Currently I’m 34 years old, and I still have no idea what I want to be when I grow up.  When does a person figure it out?  I truly wish I could, it would be nice to have an endpoint to aim for!  What should a guy do?  All I need to find is a passion that needs to be:

• Fun
• Passionate
• Enjoyable
• Dynamic
• Flexible
• Financially Rewarding

And on top of those, it needs to be something that leaves a mark on others lives.  I mean, I don’t think I’m asking for too much, do you?  Me neither!! This can’t be that hard right?  Well apparently it is, but I think I might be closing in on a possibility.

Over the past couple of years, I’ve had the chance to start digging into photography.  That digging has turned into a passion and is closing in on an addiction.  It’s so much fun for me to hang at a park with a family and capture moments of love between a mother and a child, or the silliness that takes place between two sisters.  Pausing those moments is such a rewarding challenge that I want the opportunity to capture those moments as many times as I can.
