44% of Small Businesses Still Don’t Have A Web Site – Win One!

So, a few weeks ago, I came across a post on Marketing Pilgrim noting that 44% of small businesses don’t have a web site, I was stunned.  Truly amazed that this is a fact in this day and age.  The quote that really got me thinking was the following.

Why Some Companies Are Struggling…Customer Service Is Hit or Miss at Best

So, as you know, this blog typically focuses on technology news, tips and resources.  But recently, I’ve grown more frustrated with the state of service and professionalism in this country.  Yesterday, I got to experience both good and bad from a single company, and it really made me think that companies need help with understanding how to treat customers and the level of service customers deserve.
