		<description>Wes, I just listened to Bill Phillips&#039; &quot;Body for Life&quot; today on my ipod.  I&#039;m telling you, this guy has a great program -- it&#039;s an eating program (gist of it is, eat every 2 1/2 - 3 hours, 1 serving protein, 1 serving cards, add veggies); and an exercise program (focusing on weight lifting -- simple weights exercises, but focused and a very certain progression).  If it&#039;s not working on your own, try his program. You can get it at the library or online.  A lot of people have had great success. It is not hard to understand or incorporate into your life.
